    Late to the party but yeah that was intentional. I don't remember which but young me was reading a pokemon book which after mentioning ash's full name, had this quote put in parentheses next to it: (Get it? Catch'em? Ketchum?).
    So yeah those guys are pretty tricksy bastards.
