Prof says that one, I shouldn't've given Torchic that cookie, 'cause that specific Torchic always had crazy sugar rushes, and two, the only cure is to give it some Tamato Berry juice. Tamato Berries are really spicy and will cancel the effect of the sugar. Only problem is, the only place to find Tamato Berries is Route 123. Which is faaaaaar away. Dang.
