Chapter 4
Petal woke up to rustling of leafs and giggles, as her eyes adjusted to the brightness she saw two pidgeys sitting on a small branch. "Hello!" one of them said in a singsong voice "I'm Scratch, whats your name?" The other pidgey followed up with "Hello." This pidgey was more quiet and shy than the other one. "Hi, I'm Petal." Petal replied. "Whats your name?" she asked the quiet, shy pidgey. "I, I'm Feather." He replied. "Hello Feather and Scratch, what are you doing here?" "Well we kinda wanted to move into this room, we think those two branches would be perfect." Scratch chirped sort of nervously. "Of course you guys can live here." Petal responded. "Than- Thank you." Feather replied quietly. "Your'e welcome." Petal replied and with that Petal leaped from her platform and up to Leafs room. "Leaf, do you want to go exploring near that house we saw yesterday?" Petal questioned. "Sure." Leaf replied groggily. "First let me grab breakfast." Leaf used swift and a oran berry fell from the tree. Leaf quickly ate it and together they hopped down the tree and raced across the field. They paused by the rock and rested for a while. "Lets keep going" Petal said out of breath. They leaped of the rock and ran to the back of the house. When they reached the end of their journey they sat down in a bush to peek in the back yard. "Lets go farther in!" Leaf exclaimed. Leaf and Petal crept around the bush as they heard some humans shouting. "I want an eevee!" a little girl shouted. "Ok, lets go find one." an older man replied Petal and Leaf crept a little bit closer until the two eevees were three feat away. The little girl gasped when her eyes landed on Petal. "I want that one!" she said. "Ok, Go Arcanine!" The grampa shouted. A huge Arcanine appeared from a pokeball. "Use tackle!" the older man yelled. Suddenly a huge fire breathing Arcanine was barreling twords her.
