GA Institute, Brighton, January 28th 2017 05:00am
Zeon Maltese a tall, well built and dark skinned fifteen year old boy, sat alone in his room, in the institute. He had been there since he was seven. The institute belonged to an organisation called GA (God’s Army), and Zeon was an agent of GA. The institutes agents all had special gifts, for example Zeon could summon and control ice. His job along with a few others was to recruit and protect earth from demons. The Demons also had an organisation, known as SH (Satan’s Horde). It was early in the morning, five am to be precise and something was bothering Zeon, he was thinking about a grave mistake he had made six months ago.

It was cold, Zeon was on a raid of a demon camp. Him and his second in command Freak Xerxes who had super strength, the two of them were in charge of a squad of six others. Zeon signaled to the group ordering them to move in, but Freak stopped him saying “we should wait for backup, if we go in just the eight of us we’ll be slaughtered.” Zeon ignored him. He yelled out “ATTACK!”, he ran forward the six others ahead of him and Freak behind. Suddenly there was an explosion and Zeon and Freak were flung back.

Freak blamed Zeon for the deaths of the six other squad members, he said Zeon had been too reckless, Freak quit the following day and was never seen or heard from again. His thoughts were interrupted when a small, light skinned girl with dark grey hair entered the room. Her name was Mist Zangerfell, she had been dating Zeon for three months now. She smiled and said “come on sleepy head, we’ve got recruiting to do.” He sighed, pushed his electric blue hair from his face and stood up. Mist left the room, Zeon followed. He entered the grand hall used for training where he found the rest of his unit waiting. His unit consisted of Mist, who could control mist and summon it from thin air, a tall, extremely buff kid called Monock Faldoni who could control the earth, and finally a medium height, skinny girl called Animagus Anstisamen who had the power of metamorphosis. They were all fifteen. They were grabbing their weapons, those that had them, when he entered. Monock used two broadswords, Mist used her fists and Animagus used her metamorphosis. Zeon used a scythe, handmade by his father. When they were all prepared they headed out.
Green Stateholm aged 15 and her sister, Kaleigh Stateholm age 14 were running for their lives, some people had seen Green regrow a tree that had been dead for years and she was afraid that the town would find out about her sister’s healing powers. The mayor called them freaks and placed a bounty on their heads, so they ran. They had caught a train and were now in Brighton, they were hiding near a cinema called the ODEON. When they saw four teenagers with what looked like weapons go inside. So they followed.
Mist liked going on recruitment missions, especially this time as they were trying to recreate a full squad of eight. She had never been in a full squad, she had first been a duo with her partner, Audrey Darnger a girl who looked just like Mist but with red hair and she controlled and created fire. She had lost Audrey to a group of SH agents 4 months ago. Her thoughts were interrupted when Zeon stated “We’ve been told that there are two boys hiding in the ODEON cinema” so that is where we are headed. When they got to the cinema, they could not see them in the main building so they headed through a service door to the basement. Down there they saw the two boys huddled up side by side with two kids in SH uniform looming over them. The boys seemed to be about fifteen. Mist shouted “leave them alone!” This caused the agents to turn on them wielding knives. They went to charge at Mist but they both collapsed, the girl had an arrow in her head and the boy had had his skull cracked open. They noticed that the boys have got up. One was tall, fair hair and had wings, he was wielding a bow, the other was shorter, with short black hair, he was wielding a staff. Zeon spoke to them and found out there names were Finn Gracey aged 12 and Gunger Gracey aged 15. Gunger was the one with wings, and Finn was the smaller one, he could control water. They invited the two boys to join them, the two eagerly agreed. As they turned to leave they noticed two girls standing in front of them, one was tall with green hair, the other was shorter with pink hair. They stood there for a second then the older one said “Hi my name is Green, I can control plants and nature. This is my sister Kaleigh she can has the power to heal any wound, we would like to join you.” Zeon thought for a moment then stated “Sure, come with us.” So they went back to the institute with their new found squad mates.

Freak was standing waiting for his team to arrive so they could start the attack on Brighton. The team Consisted of eight people, Himself, a girl called Audrey, twins Lucifer Sretna, with white hair and the power of lightning and Azazel Sretna with black hair and the power to create natural disasters, A stocky african girl called Trespaz Jenjuba with the power of super speed, her brother Chueya Jenjuba with the power of super speed as well, a small skinny boy called Ael Aetherium who could control fire and finally a skinny girl called Iris Frestno who could turn anything into snakes. They all had their prefered weapons, Freak used a sledgehammer, Audrey used a sword, Lucifer used a scythe, Azazel used dual axes, Trespaz used daggers, as did Chueya and Iris and Ael used his claws. They were heading out to Brighton today. They left the institute, stole a truck and drove to Brighton.
When they arrived they spotted two boys carrying weapons heading into the ODEON. Freak sent Chueya and Iris in after the two boys. They sat for 2 minutes when Audrey saw a group of four GA agents enter the cinema followed shortly by two girls. They then waited another 2 minutes. Eventually Lucifer pointed out that the agents had left with the two girls and the two boys, but they had seen no sight of Chueya and Iris. So the they ran into the cinema down to the basement, only to find both Chueya and Iris dead on the floor. Chueya had been smacked around the head and Iris had been hit with an arrow, they knew that it was the GA. So the last six of them left the cinema in search of the GA institute.

Zeon was watching his new team training and practicing their skills, when suddenly there was an explosion! Zeon turned around to see a giant hole in the institute front entrance. Out of the smoke there came six figures obviously they were from SH. As the smoke cleared Zeon and Mist gasped for right in front of them stood Freak and Audrey!
Freak waited for the smoke to clear then peered around the institute, that was when he saw Zeon standing there shocked. “Got a new team I see” said Freak, “I wonder if you’ll get them killed as well. Freak saw Zeon’s second in command and said “you replaced me with a girl”. Audrey whispered to him, “that’s Mist”. Freak smiled and said “We’re here to destroy God’s Army”. He signalled Trespaz who sped down the hall towards Finn!
Then all of a sudden a tall, muscular boy with kyanite eyes and peridot hair, who wore an amethyst and gold suit teleported into the room. He was holding a sword made completely out of diamond. He slashed it down in front of Trespaz startling her. She turned and stared at Freak who told her to retreat, as they fled, he yelled that they would return.
Zeon turned to the boy who stated that he was 17, his name was Magnekite and he could create gemstones from thin air and create anything from them, he could also teleport. After much pleading from Zeon he agreed to help them. Just as they all started to introduce themselves to Magnekite, a tall, slender, old man entered the hall demanding that Zeon explain. Zeon told him that agents from SH had attempted to infiltrate the institute but had failed due to the help of Magnekite. The old man introduced himself to Magnekite, Finn, Gunger, Green and Kary, as the head of the institute, Xharks Insqyster. Xharks said that he would allow Zeon’s team to go over the member limit of eight, if they went to capture the SH agents. Zeon whispers that both Freak and Audrey were part of the squad of agents. Xharks told him to try and capture Freak and Audrey alive, but he also said if they put up too much of a fight or put many people in danger kill them.
