Chapter 1. Home
Bornite layed in bed very tired and restless. Just the night before the sickness had hit him. A common cold. It prevented him from doing the only thing he ever wanted to do. And it was a one time thing. It was called getting his very first pokemon. From what his mom told him. He won't be allowed to get the pokemon today but until tomorrow.
This wasn’t fair to him and he didn't want to spend the day while two other kids got to go on a lifetime journey. Well, Bidoof, Bornite knew he was born to go on this journey. He had no patience so he got a bag he was supposed to use today, grabbed a hat with a master ball logo on it, his jacket and finally his scarf his mom had knit him when he was seven and walked out.
But not entirely. His door was very creaky and so hard to open. So it was no piece of cake to get out. So he had to gently nudge it so it won't create as much noise. But then, the loudest crack could be heard coming from the door. He was dead. He let go of the door and turned around to face his mom. To him it was no surprise. And like that the conversation started.
“Where do you think you're going?” She asked
“To the professor's lab...to get...my first...pokemon.”Bornite mumbled.
“I will not allow you to. You are sick and I can't afford for my child to go into the world with a sickness without the correct health. Now get back in here so i could give you your medicine.”
“...No, I want to go to the world so I can explore.”
“No, I won't let you. Not until you're better. So enough stalling and get to bed.”
“...”
“I know you're upset but I wont get sick any worse.”
“...”
“Alright then how about this. Take your medicine. I pack it to your bag and you get to go on your journey as long as you take the medicine till you're better.”
“Really”
“Yes, I'll let you go on the journey.”
“ Yes thanks mom.” with that he hugged his mother and took his medicine,packed it and ran out the door.
The day was calm and quiet. Any one who was outside would be under a spell to listen to the chirps of the fletchlings and rufflets. But not Bornite he ran through the streets. He lived in a small town called Salemaners street where Salamence would land there to enjoy there natural habitat in spring caves. Who knew. Then Bornite after an intense amount of running he finally reaches the lab he was destined to be. He saw the gate open and went in. The lab inside was fabulous. It was marble and cement with so many mechanics and robots. Then to the right he saw a man in a lab coat with two children in front of him. He knew the two people. The first one was a girl who had a sweater and a dress but not a dress that fancy people would where. More like everyday dresses. Her name was Jasper. She was kind and somewhat of a neat person.
Next to Jasper was a boy. He wore a jacket with jeans. Attached to the jeans was a chain that came from the inside of the pocket to the outside connected to the ring hole of his back part of his jeans. His name was Pyrite. His personality was the same as a tyranitar. A mean piece of Gengar.
Either way back to the main point of this chapter. Bornite joined the other two kids.
“ ahh finally the three kids came. I got you all here now because I will give you your very first pokemon.”
“Cool.” Said Pyrite “what a good gift.”
“So where are the pokemon and what are the pokemon?” Asked Jasper.
“I see you are very anxious so I'll cut it. I am professor.Robert, I study pokemon and try to explain these amazing creatures. I am also in charge of giving 10 yrs pokemon to battle people.”
“What people?” asked Bornite
“All kinds of people like other trainers,fishermen,old people,and even the mafia that lives in this region.” Professor Robert answered.
“About the last one proffeser what do you mean mafia?”
“Don't worry you’ll fight them off if they try...I mean if you have given your pokemon the right training.”
Every one remained silent…
“Either way now um… ahh yes the pokemon there are 3 pokemon. 1 for each of you. There's the fire type lizard Charmander. The grass bulb frog Bulbasar. Or the spitting water Turtle Squirtle? Who will you choose?”
