The reason why Suzy (Purple) is hugging Mello (Green) is because, Suzy doesn't like the rain and wants to stay under the Umbrella fully and does sort of want some warmth from Mello and Chompy (Suzy's Pet, The Thing on the top of the Umbrella) Is loving the Rain.
