It takes a turn to charge. Beep smiled, thinking of what to do in the meantime. He set up an aqua ring on the turn the Ditto used Solar Beam, and then used Protect right after, as it was a priority move.

Then Mega Venusaur uses Dig to dig its grave and chucks it in. Then it uses Gyro Ball to form a steel plate above the grave trapping it in.
