I love this website already XDDD Bit confusing at the moment though lol. How do I finish the tutorial, by hatching my Vulpix egg?

By holding it when you can or other using or guests (people that don't have a profile but can still go to the site and hold eggs) holding it. After it gets held enough it will hatch! I think you can only hold your own eggs once a day though. So it will take a bit to hatch. I went ahead and held your egg too!
And yeah the site takes a bit to get used to. I am still getting used to it and finding my way around.

On the tutorial last part now, get an egg from shelter and hatch it. I thought there was an unlimited amount of adopts you could do but I was stupid with my six and just adopted Pokemon. Now I've reached my limit I can't adopt another and have to wait until tomorrow

XD Yeah I spotted some of those Glaceon too. I didn't adopt any though. They were all male and I would want a female one. Picky I know, but i can't help it.

XD Also, why are there so many Togepi eggs in the Shelter? Dunno why and if its just me but everytime I've gone on the shelter everytime I've reloaded there's been like five Togepi eggs XD
