False. If Arceus is the God, then why wasn't he introduced in gen 1. The Helix is the only true God.

The Helix was branded a God by a bunch or people controlling the actions of a 10 years old boy, that's not a very convincing reason on why he's the true God

And Arceus got captured by a ten year old to. Helix was revived by one. What seems more god like?

Arceus needed to be battled to prove if you are worthy to posses it, Helix was stuffed into a bag for like the majority of the journey and revived at a random lab. And Arceus' event never became public so you couldn't capture him even if you wanted to (btw I'm having a great time with this debate)

It took years to revive helix, and had it's own events to. And lets just face it, all the genoners would agree with me. Also, helix is a meme. Way more than arceus ever was.
