I agree entirely. While Hades was a bit bitter over having to rule the underworld, he just kept to himself. Zeus, on the other hand, was actively a jerk in... a bunch of places. I wouldn't call him a bad guy, as that would be a title fitting perhaps one of the titans, but he was worse than Hades. It's worth noting that almost all of the gods did some questionable things in mythology, but Zeus did a lot more.
