I say go ahead and give Max a scarf. And for Ralph, well I say go ahead and play around and redesign him, but don't make a decision to change the design unless you like the new one more than his current one. Just because you make a new one doesn't mean you have to get rid of the old one and use the new one, but maybe you will learn you will like the newer design you make him more than the old one.
