Oh, I had forgotten about that one! I would have to assume it's just a rom hack though. Game freak would have to be insane to leave that in Red/Blue/Yellow.

I still had to be a little suspicious since pokemon has gotten a lot darker lately, especially in sun and moon. A scene from the anime was actually censored from the US cause' it was so morbid. And thank you very much!!
