Visual-art ways, I do very little outside of pixel art, though I might occasionally doodle something in my notebook. Those are mostly very rough sketches for things I want to turn into sprites/pixel arts, though. I'm not very good at any kind of visual art outside of spriting and stuff, so I tend to avoid it.
TL;DR no, I don't do anything besides sprites, trainer cards, and mini cards.
