What is wrong with it, walking a lot?

It keeps getting hurt. I have stubbed my two on my left foot, almost fell down the stairs and did a weird cramp role on the left foot to avoid falling, cut myself badly on accident with my shaving razer on my left achilles tendon, a gate got closed on it, the a door scraped it when it closed getting my heel causing it to bleed badly......all within the last couple of days
