There should be a backgrounds tab and another for characters from the series, as well as some custom made sprites by other users on this site. Or do you mean your own personal backgrounds/character?

well i have pokemon y and i love the anime called fairy tail and my fave character is laxus and i want use the spite and have use laxus wallpaper.

Ohhh, I see! Well, @Teapot coded the card maker. I'd contact her if you're looking for more answers or help. She's amazingly helpful. ^^
