I search de Espeon picture in de google.
I find a picture that i liek.
I right click it.
I select de copy.
I go into my signature editor.
I right click.
I select de paste.
It doesn't work.

This will sound stupd, but it might be the problem.
Are you clicking on the picture before copy/pasting? Like, ok, find the pic you like, then click on it before copy/pasting it.
