Which trainer sprite? If it's a custom sprite you or someone else made that wasn't submitted to the TCM, you likely won't be able to use it. However, if it's from the games, you should be able to.

it's the male team magma grunt sprite. people keep telling me that it's available, but I can never find it.

From Gen III? Unavailable from my memory, sorry. All Gen III sprites are unavailable because their formatting don't match newer sprites from Gen IV and V.

that sucks. and I'm not any good at making sprites either. do you think you could make a male team magma grunt sprite and submit it?
