Voices and they seem to be making a sentence. And it’s freaking me out. Seriously. What I’ve heard so far is “hey” and then my real name.

I’m not sure if there is something, or if there is just something wrong with my brain. Which would explain a lot, to be honest..

Maybe it's sleep paralysis? I'm not sure how common it is to hear voices with it, if it happens at all, but sometimes people wake up and see things and feel things that aren't actually there, but seem very much real, and are unable to move.
