Try making direct eye contact with it. Like really glare at it. This could go one of two ways; either the dog becomes sad, self conscious ,and stops. Or the dog becomes more excited and increases speed.

Also try not to run. The dog will just consider that a fun challenge.

Usually Id just gently scoot the dog back. It eventually got the clue. Maybe a water squirter?

I hope there is no human-dog hybrid

My dog used to the same thing, it means she's trying to dominate you, btw. Either really glare at her, like @ThAtGuY101 said, it is worth a shot. You can also just scoot her back. Or gently bop her snout with your hand, this tends to bother them, or my dog at least. Not too hard though, you wanna annoy her, not hurt her.
