That was me inversed. I knew Pikachu was Tim's father since it's been a theory for a while in the pokecommunity. On the other hand, I was genuinely surprised by Clifford's villany, even though I probably shouldn't have been.

But... everything else that mattered in the movie felt kind of obvious. The twist that Howard Clifford was the villain was super obvious. What I didn't expect, though, was that Pikachu was technically Tim's father all along. That was a fun touch.
