Probably an Espeon. They are really catlike, so I'd image they would behave pretty similar to regular cats. If I had to choose a different or unevolved Pokemon, though, then I'd pick a Skitty.

Espeon is my favorite Pokemon, plus it's fairly easy for me to wreck teams with it in the games, especially if it knows the right moves.

The only reason I have ever disliked it is Magic Bounce. That renders my main lead 75% useless.
