Not sure how much this'll be able to help, but have you tried sending it to Nintendo? I had a 2DS XL that shut down randomly, so I sent it in, and they fixed it for free. I'd had it for six months.
Also, have you attempted to recalibrate the Joycons? I was having drift problems in Luigi's Mansion and recalibrated them. It fixed all of the problems.
