For my answer I would have to say Makuhita, Nosepass and Spinda. Makuhita and Nosepass were absolute pains to me in every Pokemon related thing I have ever done, and quite frankly they are very creepy (to me). Spinda, for obvious reasons.

Welp. I am a friend to most pokemon... but Spinda. If you ever say that a confused face looks like Spinda bad things happen. Another antagonistic is Jynx because it was SO hard to find in pokemon Quest

and in other games when i encounter them in the early game they learn sweet kiss, which is EXTREMELY ANNOYING when you are trying to grind.

Also, Golbat. Not Zubat, because you can just run from it or something. But Golbat is annoyingly fast somehow. And then it confuses your Pokemon and I have a terrible luck in confusion...

I would say Spinda is my biggest enemy... as is Stunfisk and Oddish (due to them being against the Derp Lord) and for my Allies: Quagsire, Vaproen, Espeon, Ninetails, Absol, Lucario, Meinfoo, Snivy, and Leafeon.
