You can make up jutsu on the Fly, having a list is bleh. Just make sure your jutsu scales to his level of strength.

Well, use steel wires, and cacoon it around your opponent, ignite the wires and slap a cool name on it.
When you attack with your sword, and your opponent dodges, have the sword cut through a branch or something. Set the branch on fire and chuck it at your enemy.

Use leaves instead of branches, but have paper bombs be attached to the leaves, when your fire style hits the leaves it'll trap your opponent in a bunch of explosions.

Oh, I lied, you cant use Dragon Flame, it's a Hiden from the Sarutobi Clan. You can, however, use Dragon fire jutsu, that's completely different...apparently.
