I would say Netflix is a good place to start. That's where I started with getting to know the series.

I do have an idea for an RP taking place in Quebec, though I still need to watch the "Origins" episodes to get a better comprehension on the Miraculouses, as well as a character idea, namely an android with the consciousness of a human and a small partner named Spark, an electrical bug.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to start one up. Although, there are six main Miraculouses, the show reveals that there are many other Miraculouses during Season 2.

Doing some research, apparently the creators said there's a ton of Miraculouses. For my android, he might have one of the Miraculous gems built into his core, as that's where I plan Spark to go into when he goes into superhero mode. I'm pretty sure there's some people here that might be interested. Would you want to start the RP up and I provide plot, or...?

Since it's your plot, I feel that it's appropriate for you to start up the RP.

Oh sure, I guess I could. I'll finish up this episode of TRG Mario Party 7 before getting work to the RP, Origins pt 2 can wait until after then.
