No, not really. I just watch the show.

Well, prepare to be pissed off.
There was this artist on Tumblr named Zamii who draws Rose Quarts and Amethyst skinny, and because of that, people constantly bully her and some even tell her to commit suicide, till she did and is currently in the hospital. And you know what the fandom did? They celebrated.

Before she committed suicide, the situation had gotten so bad that even Rebecca Sugar, the creator of the show, came in and tried to control the problem. So, because of that, the 'fans' dug up dirt about Rebecca Sugar to convince people she's bad or something.

A storyboard artist of the show gets yearly bullied on Twitter by fans who keep telling her things like 'Bismuth didn't deserve what happened to her.' or 'Gem harvest is unforgivable.' until they quit their job and Twitter as well. Ruining someone's life like that is just plain cruelty.

Some YouTuber named AwestruckVox had bullied some kid from MakeAWish who is now dead because of cancer, because the kid's last wish was to see the next episodes of SU before they aired. He was permitted by the CREWNIVERSE THEMSELVES that he could post their art and episode plots on Twitter, and the Vox guy was salty about it cuz he spoiled it or something.

He keeps saying 'He was only permitted to post Art not episode plots' Before the kid died, he APOLOGISED to Vox and he probably looked up to Vox, and his last memories were his idol insulting him. Worst thing is, Vox didn't even apologize in the kid's last moments. Just straight up fucked up.

And finally, there's this small motel with lots of livelihood which was featured in SU, and it's actually real. So, the fandom just barged in and gave it low reviews as a joke, like 'When I saw the pool, all the water was evaporated and the room was frozen!' and they don't realize that they're hurting the motel's business and livelihood.

Just another fucked up fandom for an actually decent show. It's sad how franchises work these days, heck, some of the fanbase tells people to commit suicide cuz 'their ships are disgusting.'
