The Sevii Islands are an extention of the Kanto region where you can catch really cool and and even Legendary Pokémon (well, Moltres anyway).

In Kanto, I'd start on one One Island. But you can't fly there you need to take a boat once you've received the rainbow pass, it's quite a bit of work
