What's Photomath? Does that have something to do with light and Photons?

It’s literally you use your phone to take a picture of a math problem, and the app solves the problem for you and gives steps.

oh wow.... I feel gipped XD Okay, kidding, but how hard is their math? (I was in Pre-Calculus, so how hard can their homework be? XD)

Same! It’s middle school, so hardest is Alg 1/Geometry.

Farthest I went in HS was either Pre-calc or Trig, would have been nice to have back then.

Yea, just a little bit. XD And I excelled in math (kept getting over 100% for most of my classes because extra credit :3 ) but I keep forgetting that a lot of people have a hard time with it, so I don't know why they are not getting it.

Nice! I was always in advanced math until I quit after Algebra II, but was forced to do math again later.... but I was always upper/middle of the pack. I did excell at Trig though. :U

But as far as my kids go, they mostly understand math, but there’s a few things with square roots now that are tripping them up.

Ahh... Are they doing imaginary numbers? Or square rooting by negative numbers?

They’re doing completing the square. I want to say imaginary numbers are Alg II but I could be wrong. Also THANK YOU
