Well what do you think about people weaponizing Pokemon, you start out at the lab where you are weaponized, and they have escaped, the employers have hired 7 talented individuals to catch and return the weaponized Pokemon before they destroy everything, this might take place in either Alola or Unova, cause that region needs some love.

Yeah, that sounds like a great idea! So would people role playing be the Pokemon or those individuals trying to catch the Pokémon? (Or both).

They would be trying to catch the Pokemon, the subjects of the weaponizing came from all 18 types so they could see how the affect them all, they only made 18 year subjects with a single type, I'll allow a Fakemon pure Flying type only to be weaponized as there is only one pure Flying type and no one will weaponize a legendary, not yet.

Ok, decreased stat Lugia sounds nice to me, (mainly because I like Lugia so much.

But Lucia is a part Psychic type, maybe with experimenting the scientists figured out how to make a pure Flying type Lugia.
