My name is Oliver Quartzon, and I am a historian and soldier of the 26th Unova Military regiment. My faithful friend Emolga is always by my side, and my trusty camera at the ready. I live in Castelia, and when the war against Hoenn is over, I hope to return there and take a nice cruise on the Unova Royal. Let's hope I survive to see the day.
