Like some other users, I like the idea of a region based on isolated islands. Hawaii, The Galapagos, Madagascar, New Zealand (I just hope it doesn't get paired with Australia as a region…). There's a lot of unique diversity in the animals and the geography, so they'd be pretty cool to explore...
