    otto sees a man with a briefcase and stares long enough for the guy to notice him. Otto goes up to say hi ,trips on an untied shoelace, falls on his face , and proceeds to believe that someone up above has it out for him "stupid god doing stupid stuff to my stupid life and making me misera- OMG...
