    In Platinum it was definitely Gardenia. In my last playthrough, I practically only had a Turtwig and a Zubat when I battled her. In Soul Silver, Whitney and Clair definitely are tied. Whitney's Miltank was as horrible as ever and I didn't have a lot of Pokémon that had super effective moves...
