Ash’s Gengar is being distributed to celebrate the Pokémon anime Masters 8 Tournament arc.

It is Level 80 and knows the attacks Shadow Ball, Sludge Bomb, Dazzling Gleam and Will-O-Wisp. It also can Gigantamax.

The rest of Ash’s team is also being distributed, with Dracovish and Dragonite already having been released and Lucario and Sirfetch’d still to come. A Partner Hat Pikachu has also been distributed locally in Japan alongside showings of Pokémon movies throughout the summer.
