A Pokémon True Story: The unexpected visit part 1:

by ThAtGuY101

ThAtGuY101 I decided to continue this written works series. What's an unexpected visitor in a haunted house? People breaking in hoping to explore an old abandoned building. People possibly hoping to find pokémon! Some pokémon there liked humans, but none of them liked pokémon trainers. Trainers were these mean spirited people that caught pokemon and forced them to battle. Most trainers that come here would be most lucky to leave with their lives, but still done are brave enough to come anyways.
Reio was sleeping peacefully when he felt something odd. Reio looked around the torn dusty room. A broken lamp that still somehow worked despite no electricity. Wallpaper hung from the walls, holes large and small decorated the floors and walls. Old rusty and dusty furniture lined the room. A happy little sableye sat on a chair with springs poking out of it. A rotom was sitting inside of an old television set but flickered out of the room. Something must have caught its eye.

Misdreavus wailing could be heard outside. The misdreavus phased through the wall of the mansion, "its hoomans. I see a hooman with my eyes" she snickered. Reio phased halfway through the wall, "The humans are indeed here Missy. They are indeed heeere... " Reio said squinting his one eye. "Thaaat's what IIII was tryyyyying to saaaay" Missy the misdreavus said in a carefree tone.

A haunter and three ghastly got too curious and started heading towards them. Two kids that looked a lot alike. Both blonde tall skinny blonde haired boys. There was a small hole in the wall surrounding the manor, that the kids crawled through. A short boy with black hair came next. A round redheaded child got stuck. The other kids laughed at the red headed boy but helped him anyways. They stood their talking as if waiting for someone. A few minutes later a brunette girl reluctantly crawled through the hole.

Reio glared at the pokémon accompanying the children. Were these... pokemon trainers? Trainers were never good news. Trainers want to battle and catch pokémon. The twins had a bunnelby and a fletchling. The dark haired boy had a froakie, the redhead boy had a chespin and the girl had a fennekin.

This didn't detour the ghastly ghastly from messing around. Though now a gengar was pretending to be the redhead child's shadow. Its presence made the air around them cold. The girl turned around swearing to the others that something breathed on the back of her neck, but nothing was there.

They continued and walked past a very large statue(golurk). The dark haired boy thought the statue moved its head. They kept walking and the statue's head was looking right at them. The red head opened the door leading to the house, but the door handle was ripped out of his hand. The door slammed. The others thought he slammed the door, but the boy argued otherwise. This didn't stop them from entering. Though they were all on edge now. A music box began playing. Missy the misdreavus loved playing it for guests. The tune was off and gave an unusual distorted sound. Missy and a banette enjoyed it. Though the kids felt more uncomfortable hearing it. The kids were too scared to go upstairs. The next room was a kitchen. The sound of keys jingling was heard but no other person was in there.

Eventually one of the twins bursted out, asking if they could go back home. Both the dark haired boy and the redhead made fun of him, but the twin's brother took his defense. They went further in and the lights began flickering. This startled them, and the dark haired boy tripped. He woulda landed against the door but the door opened by itself. The boy fell down the stairs. His froakie ran down to his side to comfort him. The others ran down soon after. The door slammed shut but they were too concerned about their hurt friend. The girl was the most frightened because she knew what room they were in. She could tell this was the type of room bodies were kept, and cremated. The redhead dared the younger more nervous twin to walk over to the cremation machine. It was met with obvious protest and a scolding from the older brother.

The dark haired boy and red head laughed as they walked closer to it. The redhead thought he saw a candle but he looked inside the machine and nothing was inside. They were laughing until purple fire brightened the cremation machine. Both kids standing next to it as well as their pokemon quickly felt fatigued. The others had to pull them towards the stairs. The fire continued to burn. The kids pulled on the door and small laughter downstairs could be heard. The kids finally managed to run upstairs. Four litwicks were now sitting in the cremation machine laughing. The kids ran through the house and out the door.

There was a gate but the kids weren't able to pry it loose. At this point many of the ghosts were no longer actively hiding but trying to scare them. A haunter even licked one of the twins. The dark haired boy saw a insect carcass on one of the hedges. It had a hole in it's back. Most of the kids ran back to the way they came in, except the redhead. His shadow had red eyes and was grinning at him. Gengar emerged from the shadow and chased him. The boy ran to the hole in the wall. His friends pulled him. He let out a shriek as gengar pulled him back. His friends continued pulling, this time pulling him through. None of the kids saw it at the time, but there were three red marks on the kid's leg. The older twin and the girl looked back and saw a dusknoir staring at them with its piercing stare.
