Have you ever had the feeling you were being watched? Odds are? You were. Scopemon is a bounty Hunter appmon that is contracted out on assassination missions. He hunts my finding his target by hacking into every phone he could find, utilizing their cameras to see his target. Then, he hacks public camera systems in malls, gas stations, everywhere so he could never lose track of his foe. He normally waits to lure them into public where there are countless cameras so you have nowhere to run from his sight. (Deathwatch)
He follows up by sending a text to the user's phone, alerting them that fleeing will be useless. After sending them into a panic, he will snipe them from long distance using his rifle, the bullet being able to bend across as surface or turn, no matter how sharp, so long as there is a camera facing it.
