I can't stand to see you with another.
My heart is breaking, and I'm very sad.
I always knew she would find some other.
I can't take it, this addiction is bad.
I will not love again because of this,
Your beautiful love claimed by someone near,
He has everything, including true bliss.
But all that I could do was shed a tear.
My walk home was very sad and lonely,
Because all that I did was think of you.
I was your friend, but just your friend only.
I wanted to tell you my love was true.
My love for you was causing me much pain,
Because I knew your love I'll never gain.
