A bit of backstory behind this. Basically in a facebook chat, a friend of mine was complaining about how the starters were 'brightly coloured simple shapes with decals'. And I was going to comment if he'd rather them being 'blocky, dull-coloured and featureless', and then my brain said 'like minecraft'. And it all just spiralled from there and, well, you see the result.
