@XerneasTheFairy I made them in MS Paint. It comes as a free add-on with a Windows-running computer (like Windows 10). If you're not running a Windows computer, GIMP is also an option- I haven't used it, but it's widely used as an alternative.
Will be transparentized later and submitted for the TCM.
