I have no idea how Blue is saying that parenthetical remark in the last panel.
For that matter, I have no idea how parenthetical remarks in most media are handled. For example, in Phoenix Wright, it's implied that his parenthetical remarks are his thoughts, but occasionally, people remark on them. So is he just saying them really quietly, under his breath? Who knows.
