next to my name it shows the female pokemon trainer from black and white 2 how can i change it?

Sure can. Just click your username in the top bar, then click Preferences. You can choose your sprite at the bottom.
Your sprite is a girl because the system defaults to a female one if you don't explicitly set your gender to male.
