The Pokémon Company has today released a new app to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Pokémon: Pokémon Photo Booth. The app lets you take a photo, and then turn it into a Pokémon profile image, or caption it with various icon phrases from the Pokémon games.

Once you've made your images, you can share them to popular social networks, and also save them to your device to share with your friends and the world.

You can download the app for free from the IOS App Store right now, with an Android version coming soon.

Just saying why the heck...do they not realese it at the same time
Apple's App Store has a long and unpredictable approval process for new apps, so most developers hold off from releasing on Android until the iOS version is done, so they come out nearly at the same time. The Android version usually releases the same day when this happens.
