how to get a feebass

I've had ruby for a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time and i never figured out how to hook a feebass. please help.

Whelp, from a quick look at Bulbapedia (this given that I don't have Ruby and haven't really bothered much with my copy of Sapphire), it's route 119, but it's only six spots on that route, which of course change at random.

If you go to GameFaqs and look under Pokemon Ruby Version, there is a nice FAQ under In-Depth FAQs entitled "Feebas/Milotic Guide." It has just about everything you will need to know.

Nope, they don't change at random.

They're always the same spots of water, although they do change if you change the hip and happening phrase at Dewford. Then they change to another random six

Well all i got to say on the topic is to go to route 119, go to any body of water, and (like Tatile said) Feebass will appear at random

Oh! yeah sorry! it appears at random... you can be in the same spot of water, but Feebass appears at random, as in it has no constant rate of appearing.
(I wasn't that "On the point")
