    Editing sprites is not as easy as I thought

    It takes a lot of time and practice! It does, however, help to zoom into the sprite as much as you can and edit things pixel by pixel. If you can open up a separate thumbnail window to see how it would look in its actual size, that would be helpful as well. Really, it's a lot of just messing around, but with time I believe you'll be able to make things you can be proud of ^^
