Here's another drawing. It's Manga Ryu-Ran, from Yugioh Duel Monsters. It's based of the card of the same name. Like I said, Toon monsters are pretty much my favorite. But... Even as a toon monster, Manga Ryu-Ran is probably one of the worst XD. He's a happy boi, though.
