So, the SSF2 1.12 update came out, adding 6 new characters - 3 old, 3 new. The point is, Waluigi was added, and he's one of my favourite characters now, so I made this simple work.
Since I've made more than one pixel artwork now, does that make me a professional pixel artist? Umm... I'm gonna say yeah, it does, so, obey my pixel opinions, gamers.
