Voice of the Forest: Celebi

StellarWind Elsydeon Some call it a time-traveling guardian of the woods, others call it an obnoxious onion fairy – but hate it or love it, few legendary Pokémon have the mystique of Celebi. And while the creature itself is elusive and often avoids capture – I, at least, hope to have captured its likeness in this design.

And made it slightly more fairy and slightly less onion.
