Ryu Ryu's drums. Ryu Ryu has four drums that are 9 inches in diameter on top, and 6 inches in diameter on the bottom, as well as 10 inches in height. He wears his drums on his belt. Two on each side.
Each drum is unique in the fact that they all have various holes and runes carved into them. Each drum has holes carved in different locations, and completely different runes from one another. On their own, they can be played as normal drums, but when the user applies chakra, the drums can perform various effects.
Kanryō- Kanryo sits on his left hip. When chakra is applied to Kanryo, it emits a whispering sound as it conceals chakra presence within range. He often uses this to counter chakra sensing abilities.
Chōjun- Chojun sits on his right hip. When chakra is applied Chojun, it makes a sound that only dogs can hear it. Chojun can be used to silence or redirect sounds. This ability is utilized in various ways. He can use Chojun to distract enemies. He can also use it to redirect his other drum effects to a specific area, increase the radius of his abilities, or focus on a specific spot. He can utilize this effect in other ways if he gets creative.
Sekō- Seko sits on top of Kanryo. When applied chakra to Seko, a low hum can be heard. Seko emits a long range sound effect which can detect chakra within range. He often uses for scouting or locating ninjas.
Seikichi- Seikichi sits on top of Chojun. When chakra is applied to Seikichi, a low hum sound can be heard. Seikichi is very similar to Seko. The difference being Seikichi doesn't detect chakra. Instead it works like echo location, meaning it detects physical objects or people/creatures. He likes to use this for scouting, and detecting stealthy opponents. He often plays this with Seko.
Playing two drums at the same time will create an slight ominous sound depending on what drums he plays at the same time.
When he isn't applying chakra to them, they just sound like regular drums.
Despite his skill with the drums, his biggest strength lies with his skills in taijutsu. He fights predominantly with his hands.
Appearance: Ryu has burgandy short hair. His hair is always messily combed back. He always has a smug look of contempt on his face, unless he's really nervous about something. His skin is white, somewhat tan. His eyes are scarlet red, He has a heart shaped scar on the right side of his neck. He's 5'9, 1/2 ft. He's fairly muscular with an average body type.
Ryu wears a bright green sleeveless tunic with a zipper(He keeps it mostly zipped up). A gray short sleeve half coat(unbuttoned), He wears the same pants that the people in the team dosu wore during the chunin exams. He also wears those sandals that literally everybody in naruto wears except Ryu's are gray, and stop at his ankle. He also wears those arm and leg sleeve things that zabuza wears, they cover his forearms and shins, but Ryu's match with his pants. He wears his Sound cloud ninja headband around his neck like a necklace. He also wears a thick dark reddish-brown leather belt with metal rings and leather straps so that he may keep his drums with him at all times.
Personality: Ryu Ryu is the type of person to get the job done, 'by any means necessary'. He won't shy away from fighting dirty or using underhanded tactics to his advantage. He revels in taking any advantage he can get. Despite this, he does have a few morals. He doesn't like risking the safety of allies or those he cares about. That won't stop him from taking a step back and examining the pros and cons of the situation, but it is a important factor in his decisions. He's also crafty, and loves to scheme. Which ties in with his love of fighting dirty. From the outside, Ryu Ryu is just a friendly guy that sometimes comes off as a little cocky, and a little ambitious, and even a bit too blunt at times. However from the inside, Ryu Ryu mostly the same. He's a fairly transparent in that regards, and isn't ashamed to be himself. He also has no concept of social distancing for some reason. If he wants to talk to someone, he might just stand a few inches away from them.
Personal History: Ryu Ryu was born in born in a fairly wealthy family. Ryu Ryu's Father was a crime lord, before he met his untimely end. Ryu Ryu's mother died when a rival crime lord sent a hit out on Ryu Ryu's father. His mother was inadvertently killed in the process. Ryu Ryu's father would live long enough to get revenge for the death of his wife. Ryu Ryu was a fairly disobedient child growing up, and didn't have a proper upbringing. He spent a lot of his early childhood as a petty criminal stealing small items ,and other stuff with very little value. He acquired quite the negative reputation. So much so that he began using aliases ,and disguises. Ryu Ryu was 12 when his father died. He was lucky to be adopted by a kind older man in his mid-fifties. The man didn't take kindly to Ryu Ryu's negative traits. He eventually managed to beat that outta him. Even taught him how to fight, 'like a man'. When I say 'fight like a man', I'm not talking about an honorable gentleman of sorts. That was just a phrase his step-dad liked using.His step-dad had no problem with Ryu Ryu using dirty underhanded tactics. Giving up his crime life was a little difficult, but he slowly began easing into it. While mentally, he hasn't changed all that much, he has at least managed to be a better overall person.

"Big bang great ape smaaash!" The great ape sage Ryu Ryu shouted before lunging towards a mysterious figure in the distance. BOOOOM!!! Dust filled the air and as it cleared, but fighters were standing there like titans of legend ready to go at it. They exchanged powerful swings and blows. So strong that a single blow would kill a weaker shinobi. The ground started shaking beneath their feet, and just like that...
Ryu Ryu fell to the ground. he looked around his bedroom to come to the realization that he had been experiencing a dream. He heard a knocking on his door, "Come in..." Ryu Ryu said. A large man came in,
"Your father wishes to speak with you" The man said.
"Yeah, yeah... Now off with you" Ryu Ryu said.
Without another word, the man left, and Ryu Ryu changed from his pajamas. He put on some ragged dirty clothes before throwing clean and neat clothes on top. he headed downstairs, and his father looked extremely stressed out which wasn't out of the ordinary.
"Is that so? Well give their leader a message personally not to mess with our turf. I catch them again causing trouble over here and there will be blood. It will not be war, it will be an execution if he even thinks of testing me" His father's weary eyes looks at Ryu Ryu.
"You... I know what you've been up to... Boy" His father said.
"What?!" Ryu Ryu was shocked.
"I'm not gonna repeat myself. You might be sneaky. You snuck past the gatekeeper and the shinobi stationed outside, but you never leave this house unnoticed. The reason why your even allowed to leave this house at all is because i've allowed it thus far..." His father said.
"Who saw me, who ratted me out!" Ryu Ryu said.
"Someone very loyal, but that's not important. You know people want my head, and wil hurt you to get to me... and you wanna wander the streets?" His father said holding out a cigar.
A large man used a small fire jutsu to light the cigar.
His father put the cigar to his lips before slowly walking behind Ryu Ryu. He let out a big puff of smoke before placing his hand on Ryu Ryu's shoulder. He blew some smoke un Ryu Ryu's face. His cold distant eyes never blinking.
"I'm not young. You know that. I know that. Your growing up, and someone needs to run my empire one day, who's it gonna be?"
"I know what you said about where to avoid, and who to avoid, and stuff" Ryu Ryu said.
"That cocky behavior making me think maybe you shouldn't be going out on these little excursions any more..." His father added.
"Please don't... I'm always careful. I can defend myself! You know I can. I fight in the training room every day!" Ryu Ryu responded.
"If one of my associates catches you outside our turf, these little trips are done" His father ended the conversation.
Ryu Ryu never told his father about his aliases. His father knew about his Xia Yiyi alias, but not the others. As soon as Ryu Ryu left the house, Ryu Ryu Ko was gone. Liu Liu Ko on the other hand was just taking his second layer of clothes off revealing ragged dirty clothes underneath. He put a wig on, and now ready head towards his favorite meeting spot. A large oak tree just outside his father's gang territory. Liu Liu Ko hid Ryu Ryu Ko's clean neat clothes behind the house in a wooden box tucked away in a small hole. Liu Liu sat a rock over the hole to hide it.
Liu Liu(Ryu Ryu) thought he was slick, but for the most part, it was pure stupid luck. He then put on a mask that covered the lower half of his face. Liu Liu was just a common criminal. He stole things not because he couldn't afford them or needed them, but because he wanted the trill of getting away with it. Liu Liu/Ryu Ryu had been in many fights and had been lucky thus far to have never actually killed anyone or worse, gotten himself killed. He ran across the rooftops, and leaped under in a wagon filled with hay. It was being taken to the next town over. Liu Liu got out, and headed towards the destination. Four other rough looking kids we're there.
"Well if it isn't Liu Liu... Give 'im a round of applause. I still can't believe you managed to steal all those necklaces! The shinobi that owns the place is gonna be gunnin' for you Liu Liu, your a flippin' mad man!" a short fat boy said.
"Oh shut it, Shen... Me and Khan were there too! Just cause he grabbed the necklaces doesn't mean he did all the work!" A tall skinny boy said.
"Khan said you ran away look a wuss! Total bitch you turned out to be, Tai!" A muscular boy said.
"You can shut up too, Chang!" Tai yelled.
"We did run from that ninja, I was just telling the truth" Khan, a nerdy looking kid said.
"That was a trained shinobi! I bet he was at least a chunin, maybe even a jonin!" Tai yelled.
Your sorry hide ran from a chunin? I get that your a kid, but good grief..." An adult said.
"Boss is here!" Chang said.
Liu Liu and the four other kids lined up.
"I suppose you bastards wanna get paaaaaid... Is that it? Look at you pathetic lot... Nerd boy picking his nose, fatso staring at his shoes... Skinny twig over there looking like he's lost... and your over here smiling like an idiot, and then yooou... Good job getting those necklaces... At least your not completely useless" The man said.
"We all got necklaces. You saw Khan and Tai hand you the ones they snagged" Liu Liu said.
In truth, Liu Liu did most of the work, but shared some of the credit with the others. Tai was a decent fighter, but a coward, and Khan was more of a tactician than a fighter. The man had no reason to think Liu Liu was lying to him so he went with it. Liu Liu knew the boss thought little of Tai and Khan so Liu Liu covered for them. Something the two wouldn't forget.
"Alright so to business... Today, we got us a big one... Cold hard money, weapons, all sorts of stuff, and lightly guarded too since theres been a lot of gang war stuff going on... You three..." The boss pointed at Khan(skinny one), tai(short one), and Shen(nerd).
"You three head through the south east balcony side... then the rest of us(Liu Liu(Ryu Ryu) Chang(muscular one) and the boss(The adult)) will be on the back entrance south side. First group, that's you clowns will head throw the lower sections of the house avoiding any sensors or traps, and look for the goods. We'll make sure there are no guards on the ground floor, and meet with you up top.
The two groups headed towards their mark. Liu Liu had no clue what team one was doing since he needed to focus on his own team. They arrived at the location, and it was a large building surrounded by 12 ft. walls, which were covered in shrubs and thorny vines. They got past the plants with a could shadow clones boosting them over. As for the next part, it was a matter of getting the door open. The boss managed to unlock the door with a strange jutsu. They headed inside, and just as expected, there was chatter. By the sound of it, roughly three different voices were present on the house. The boss had this planned out too. He used another jutsu which created smoke filling a portion of the lower part of the house, the smoke was difficult to see, and numbs the senses of those who inhale it.
The boss, Liu Liu, and Chang headed inside. It was now Chang and Liu Liu's job to run through the house quickly dispatching the people downstairs in the confusion. Liu Liu and Chang quickly snuck into the next room quietly. Liu Liu snuck up behind one man and held him in a choke hold, knocking him out. Chang knocked one out cold with a right hook. Liu Liu grabbed the third one by his head and slammed it against the wall knocking him out cold as well. Boss walked in and they continued through the room. There we're still two more but they were aware of the smoke jutsu and thus it likely wouldn't work this time. A paper bomb flew in the room, the three had to duck. The paper bomb hit the wall, and as it exploded, shuriken flew out instead off a regular explosion. The boss, Liu Liu were grazed by the shuriken. Chang was hit by one in the arm.
One bandit came running through the door way, and another ran through the wall running straight into Chang. The other clashed blades with Liu Liu. Liu Liu had his kunai in hand, and so did the attacker. Liu Liu threw an uppercut followed by a round house kick which was followed up by two crescent kicks. The uppercut was blocked, but the round house knocked him back. The two crescent kicks landed. The attacker threw his kunai before swinging a sword. Liu Liu leaned all the way back avoiding the strike. He lifted his foot, kicking the attacker in the jaw before swinging his other foot into the air. With his feet, Liu Liu latched onto the attacker, pulled him into the ground. Liu Liu took this opportunity to swing a chop down to his collar bone for the knock out.
The boss used a wind style jutsu to try knock the other attacker away from Chang. Chang used a lightning style jutsu to strike the other attacker's legs. Chang and the boss managed to take out the second attacker.
The group headed upstairs. Tai and Shen looked pretty banged up, and Khan wasn't much better off. There we're three people on the ground. It looked like these guys had there hands full. It would also appear there weren't any more security here, though considering the situation they we're in they would need to get the stuff and get out quickly otherwise risking more company coming up. For all tenses and purposes alarms could have already went off. The boss used a smoke kekkai genkai to open the door. large bags, neatly stacked though there wasn't as much money as the boss expected, and the weapons weren't as fancy as he'd have hoped for either. There was a lot of it. They managed to grab the stuff, and get past the fence once more.
Nobody followed them, and everything seemed perfectly fine. They robbed this large home in the forest and now they got to enjoy the rewards. They eventually arrived at their hideout. A cave near the woods on the other side of town. It was where they stored most of their loot. Khan was helping Tai and Shen with their wounds while also dealing with his own. Chang's had some scratches and the kunai wound, but was totally fine. The boss was also fine as well, and so was Liu Liu. They had the treasure, and they made it out without getting caught, and were practically in the safe zone. What could go wrong?
