This is Tempo; You know, that one guy who's first game was on the infamous 32x, so no one remembers him. I was watching A + Start when I saw a video by them which was a review of a game called Tempo. I didn't think much of him at first, but when I actually saw him, I instantly fell in love with his design and I HAD to draw him.
