Tahoe grew up with the pokemon champion, Colby, the gym leader, Mavis, and the rest of the elite four. Much like Rachel, another member of the elite four, Tahoe loves exercise. He is a remarkable swimmer and his room in the pokemon league is complete with a pool. He spends most of his day swimming laps.
